Expose UX is touring North America taping episodes in 25 cities. Join for their Seattle stop at General Assembly! Watch 5 local startups give a 30-second pitch, 2-minute demo, and receive feedback from a panel of user experience experts. After all the startups have presented, the experts will choose a winner.

User Experience Experts

Ona Anicello is a Senior User Researcher for Microsoft’s Cloud & Enterprise, where she leads research efforts for new cloud computing products. For the last 15 years, she’s worked in a variety of UX leadership and management roles including Vice President of Mobile UX Research at JP Morgan Chase, and Director of UX Research for the Apollo Group. She owned and operated Fifth Element Usability for three years, and also started BEAN, an international social networking nonprofit.

Andy has spent the better part of a decade massaging truculent bits of information into difficult digital spaces. He has worked with clients in transportation, retail, media, government, and education for firms like frog design and Deloitte Digital and has given talks and workshops all over the world. As an independent UX designer, his clients have included FOX Sports and Showtime.

Adonis Acuario is a UX Research Manager at Amazon. Previously, he was a UX Research VP at JPMorgan Chase, and a UX Researcher at Microsoft. He holds a Master’s of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
